Returns

You can return unwanted items up to 28 days after purchase. Items must:

• Be unused in their resellable condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Include a receipt or proof of purchase
• Be returned if unwanted at your own cost to:

Once the return is received, it will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to place the item.

Please note that perishable products (inflated balloons), personalised products, helium canisters, hosiery, wigs or can’t be returned unless faulty.
